The Bonneville Salt Flats are one of my favorite locations to shoot at! The bright white salt creates a huge light reflector that makes everyone look their very best! I will be travelling there on Saturday August 4th for some mini sessions.
Unlike most mini sessions, I will not be booking individual time slots. Because the light is so beautiful and changes minute to minute I will be shooting all families/individuals throughout that time period to get a variety of looks for each booking.
Perfect for a quick update of your family portrait for holiday cards, a unique senior portrait or headshot or even just photos of your kids or "fur babies," these super affordable slots are worth the drive!
About the Location

It is a bit of a drive however. To get there, take I-80 East from Salt Lake about 110 miles to the I-80 westbound rest stop near Wendover. Make sure you plan to fill up your car before heading out because there's not a lot of places to fill up on the way! And plan on 1.5- 2 hours to get there depending on where in UT you're coming from! It sounds like a long trek to make for a few photos, but the location is worth it!
More Details
Mini sessions are perfect for if you don't need a full session and just want a few shots at a super affordable price. Everyone will have about 20 minutes (or more) of shooting time and be given at least 20 images to choose from.
Mini sessions start at $175 and are as follows:
Package 1 includes a 20 minute session + 2 full resolution digital files with printing rights.
Package 2 ($475) includes a 20 minute session + 5 digital files + $200 print/product credit.
Package 3 ($850) includes a 20 minute session + 10 digital files + $400 print/product credit.
Product credit can go towards: prints, canvases, wall art, albums, mini albums, cards, jewelry and more.
