Some of the most common distractions when we look at sports team or individual photos are players not prepared. Sometimes, they don't have their complete uniform or their equipment. Often, the team photo is not inclusive of all players on the team roster due to being absent or arriving after pictures have been completed. Luckily, with our technology, we can overcome the occasional missing player with proper notice. No matter what the challenge might be, it often can be resolved ahead of time with good communication and advance notice. We have compiled a few tips below in an effort to help you have a seamless and stress free picture day.
Tip 1
Prepare for Picture Day...
Tell your athlete to get his/her game face on and ready to look their best! We strive to capture each player's spirit and personality both for their individual image as well as their team image.
Tip 2
Show up on time...
Advise players and parents to be sure to arrive on time with their completed order forms. All team coaches should be present with their team at the designated time.
Tip 3
Everyone likes to look at pictures !
Uniforms - have your player(s) wear full uniforms. Clean uniforms look best for picture day. While in line for their picture, ensure jerseys are tucked and all strings are tucked into pants.

A picture is worth a 1000 words!
For the little ones... sometimes standing in front of a camera can be scary. Get them pumped up and prep them ahead of time - it will just be a few seconds and they will have an awesome image !

Communication is key...
Post picture day on your site making sure to give players and parents advance notice of the date and time. Advise coaches that their pictures will be taken during the same time slot as their team's pictures.

Be sure to bring all equipment on Picture Day...
Since we will be using a variety of poses, be sure to advise your players and parents to bring all equipment with them. This includes bats, masks, goalie / catcher pads, etc.

Relax...
Allow the players to be themselves. Smiles can look fake if they are practiced ahead of time. We have yet to see a child that doesn't have a beautiful natural smile !
