Hey there! I’m so glad you reached out about your baby's first birthday. You are probably here because you brought your baby home, marveled over their newborn phase, saw some incredible milestones, lost a lot of sleep, and somewhere in the middle of all that beautiful chaos your baby got older?! And bigger?! And holy shirt (iykyk), birthdays only come once a year, and it doesn't get any bigger than their very first. As the day gets closer there is a realization that you want to hold on tight to this memory and milestone as you close out that first year of parenting and loving this crazy cool kid.

As the details fade away, you will come back to their photos and all of the candid moments, almost like watching your favorite sitcom over and over. One photo will bring back the sound of their laugh, another the scrunch of their nose when they snarl, those little thigh creases on their baby thighs that will soon turn into toddler legs running away from you.

Embrace the mess - literally and figuratively. Life with a baby is rarely clean, and watching them go all crazy on their favorite food with not a care in the world is the best! Making Your Investment

Booking:
To book the birthday package, a non-refundable retainer is due to reserve the date on my calendar.
This retainer is 30% of your desired package, and the remaining balance is to be paid one week before the birthday session.

Payment Plans:
After paying your retainer, your remaining balance can be put onto a payment plan.
I can divide your payments into 2 or 3 split payments,
or if you need to make payments on a special timeline, please let me know.

1. Pre-smash smiles

2. Smashing with their favorite food or a birthday surprise (cake, donuts, fruit, etc.)
3. Bubbles - either bath or in the air

Smash setup materials are included in cost from local professionals • Sessions take around 60-90 minutes depending on child and location • Downloadable online gallery of 90+ edited images (high resolution + social media sized) with capability to order prints and story book

Birthday Storybook

Life can get super busy, and a lot of times we don't get our photos printed. I'm here to make it super easy for you! I'd love for you to have a beautiful photo book that tells the story of your little one's first birthday. Looking through photo books is one of my family's favorite activities to do together and I hope your family will enjoy it just as much!

Next Steps to Get Started

Let's hop on a phone or video call to talk about your kiddo, how excited you are for their birthday, and all that you can expect from me as a storyteller. Also, if you prefer email that is totally alright too, just reply to the initial email.
Choose whether you want an outdoor/in-home/studio experience. I will email you a quote and after package selection has been made, you will complete the booking forms, and pay your 30% retainer to secure your date on my calendar. If you would like to pay in installments, we will set them up.
Once you're booked, we will start brainstorming styling options (I have a few items in my client closet) and if you've chosen outdoors, location ideas.
