WHO: Completion of the beginner class or proof of understanding of shutter speed, apertures and basic exposure is required. The Class fee is $150

Two afternoons: Sunday Jan. 27 and Sunday Feb. 3 from 1:00-5:00pm

WHAT: 

DETAILS: We will cover a lot in this course that will bring your photography to the next level. Topics include: advanced lighting, creative techniques, troubleshooting problem scenarios, visual design elements and principles,  as well as gear and software use.

2 classes, consecutive Sundays (Jan. 27, Feb 3)- limited to 10 students.
Cost: $150 includes use of photographic flashes and gear to experiment with, class manual and refreshments.

Besides loving photography in general, I also love TEACHING about photography! Dry monotone lectures? NO! Pencil and paper note taking? NO WAY! I'm a huge fan of hands-on learning, and isn't that what photography is all about? All those dials, lenses and concepts all tie in together, and it is my job to make sure it all makes sense to you. One of my talents is analogies, so be prepared! Also, as the saying goes, "what happens at the studio, stays at the studio". This is a safe space where there is no such thing as a stupid question. In fact, part of your homework will be creating as well as fixing "mistakes"! So, come have a glass of wine or soda, curl up with a yummy snack and pull out your camera, 'cause Bootcamp is ready to roll! - Jill
