FAMILY PORTRAIT SESSION INFO/PRICING GUIDE
Hiring a photographer shouldn't be so complicated.. and it should definitely be someone who will make you smile and laugh.. naturally.
Family portraits should definitely be something to look forward to. I do everything in my power to make your session a s smooth as possible. There shouldn't be any added stress to your session. That's why once you arrive I'll take over and you and your gorgeous family can just relax, smile and giggle. Let me capture those moments for you to cherish. I will take traditional posed photos as well as in the moment, let's just laugh, candid photographs as well.
I have 3 collections for family portraits, a normal single family unit session, an extended family session, and an adventure session.. for those of you who'd like something different.

How do you book a session?
Here's the process for moving forward with a family portrait session.

When you know you'd like to schedule a session you'll need to book your date from my scheduling link that is included in this guide, down below. Choose your date and follow the prompts to pay the $50 retainer.
Once booked, I will text/email/dm you a questionnaire to gather your info to input into the contract. The contract will then be emailed to you within 48 hours to be electronically signed. Along with the contract, I'll email you an invoice reflecting the retainer paid, with the remaining balance being payable no less than 3 days before your session. Any upgrades you decide on after gallery delivery will be invoiced separately.
In the questionnaire you can let me know if there's a particular aesthetic that you'd like. Is your heart set on a beach session? Something woodsy? I can always suggest locations if there isn't a specific location you'd want.
I photograph sessions during Golden Hour which is roughly 1 hour before sunset. This is the most gorgeous time to capture amazing light. Depending on Daylight Savings sessions times might be shown as 3:30/4:00/5:45pm sessions.
I would love to answer any wardrobe questions! I encourage clients to text me photos of their outfits if they're questioning coordinating colors. Sometimes your outfits can be the deciding factor on choosing a location so don't be surprised if I ask you to text me a pic of your outfits.
If you're needing any recommendations for professional hair and make-up I'd love to suggest some artists depending on your location. Of course pro hair and make-up is not absolutely necessary but always a nice perk to splurge on.

Are you yearning for an ADVENTURE SESSION? I've customized this session to include more digitals and be longer in length. If we're going on a mini adventure.. let's make it worth your while.
Want to break out of our local area? Adventure sessions are new for 2021 for those who don't mind driving a bit to a breathtaking destination to capture gorgeous photos. The collection is listed below and includes any related travel fees but does not include any applicable permit fees.. a permit fee would be specific for your desired location (Many great spots do not require a permit but I always check!). Permits can take up to 30 days to be processed so once you get the itch for a specific spot, let me know, book your date, and I'll get the ball rolling.
Adventure Sessions include but are not limited to Palm Springs, The Windmills, Joshua Tree, Imperial Sand Dunes, El Matador Beach in Malibu, Santa Barbara, Ojai, Lake Arrowhead, Big Bear, Horsemen's Center Park in Apply Valley, Dead Man's Point in Apple Valley, Alabama Hills in Inyo County, .. anywhere else you can think of!!
