Westosha Senior Snappers Photography Group

Encouraging Seniors to Photograph their Lives!

Who are we?

Westosha Senior Snappers meet at the Westosha Senior Community Center every other Thursday at 1:30pm.

Active members:

Joanna Carlberg: Group Leader. I get paid to photograph portraits, but I also enjoy photographing landscapes and nature in my free time.

Joy Delwiche: I snap photos of just about everything, but especially people, pets and old buildings!

Jeanne Neu: My favorites are close ups of "everything"!

Bonnie Pelland: My favorite things to photograph are birds and wildlife.

Mary Towers: I love to take picture of just about anything, especially things that grow in my garden. Capturing memories and visual storytelling are fascinating to me.

Debbie Cooper-Seminski:  I like to photograph my dogs and anything unusual.

About the group

We are an informal group of members at Westosha Senior Community Center who get together biweekly to share our love of all things photography.  Group leader, Joanna Carlberg, offers tips and solutions.  By sharing our work and learning from our mistakes we all become better photographers.   We are currently working through a series of challenges, all aimed at providing inspiration and improving our skills.

“Which of my photographs is my favorite?  The one I'm going to take tomorrow!”
